By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 12400f platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 12400f.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 12400f as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
The 12400f platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such services is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 12400f. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. 12400f will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with Privacy Policy us. Users agree not to provide false or misleading information, or to register on behalf of another person. Any attempt at identity fraud will result in immediate account closure.
12400f reserves the right to request identity verification (including identification documents) at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 12400f platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Uploading or distributing harmful or offensive content, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match manipulation.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your real location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 12400f reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 12400f platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including DuitNow and local digital wallets listed on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the payment method selected and your account verification level. Specific details are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections within the platform after logging in.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances where an alternative method is required with approval from the support team. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.
If there is a bonus balance in your account, the rollover requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Rollover conditions are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. 12400f reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in cases of fraud or promotion abuse.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient account details are accurate. 12400f is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
12400f shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. 12400f's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12400f platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of 12400f or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 12400f platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We have no control over the content or policies of those services and are not responsible for any losses arising from their use. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
12400f reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request by a competent authority. In the case of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and may submit an appeal to the 12400f support team for further review.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing an account does not release the user from any outstanding obligations.
Amendments to Terms
12400f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users will be notified via an in-platform notice or their registered email. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 12400f platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
